Dispatch Location All orders are dispatched from our salon at 1/1 Thornlow Street, Glendene, Auckland, New Zealand, or from our partners around New Zealand.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 Shipping Destinations & Rates

New Zealand

  • Standard shipping and handling: $25 NZD (order under $100- NZD)
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD

Australia

  • Standard shipping and handling: $50.00 NZD (Order under $200 NZD)
  • Free shipping on orders over $200.00 NZD

United States

  • Standard shipping and handling: $75.00 to $85.00 NZD (orders up to 2.5kg)
